The overall aim of modern human resource management is to ensure that the organization is able to achieve its objectives through its staff. In order to reach its objectives an organization needs not only qualified staff but also effective and efficient HRM department

. This is a function designed to manage employees’ performance in an organization. The responsibility of a Human Resource Manager falls into three categories i.e. staffing, employee compensation and benefits, defining and designing work.
